RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal depends on the rate reserved by the customer.

At the time of booking, each chosen rate specifies in its Terms & Conditions the applicable right.

For "Non-refundable, non-cancellable" rates: Once the booking is made, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable. A 100% deposit of the total amount (excluding extras) is debited upon reservation.

For "Flexible" rates: Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the first night (excluding extras) is charged and non-refundable. The debit/credit card will be used to guarantee the booking.
